Contacts and messages
On a job you often juggle several people: the manager who orders, the caretaker who opens up, the tenant who is on site. TAYO.pro keeps them together, on the project.
A project’s contacts
Section titled “A project’s contacts”Each project carries its contacts, with their role and their details. You call from the record, without digging a number out of your e-mails or your papers.
A contact can exist without an e-mail address — a tenant you phone, for example. TAYO.pro then flags it: that contact will receive no notification, since there is nowhere to send one. If you want them informed automatically, add an address.
Message templates
Section titled “Message templates”When you send a quote or an invoice, a message goes with it. Writing the same text every time is wasted effort.
Message templates fill that field for you, with ready-made text you adjust if needed. They are translated, so a German-speaking client gets their message in German without you having to write it.
Without the feature, the field stays empty and you write everything by hand.
What TAYO.pro is not
Section titled “What TAYO.pro is not”It is not a messaging app. There is no chat thread with your clients, and your e-mails stay in your inbox.
What TAYO.pro centralises is who to contact and how to reach them, in the right place: on the project concerned.
