The guest portal

The guest portal lets a client follow their job without a paid account: they see progress, documents and the exchanges on the project you shared.

It is useful for clients who are not on Tayo — a private individual, a property manager who does not use it, a neighbouring business.

Switching it on

On the project, add the client and enable portal access. They then receive an invitation at their e-mail address.

Without that access, the client sees nothing: you decide, project by project.

What the client sees

They find their projects under Shared with me, and only what you opened to them. They see none of your other clients, none of your other jobs, and none of your margins.

You can also share your Identity — your insurance and certificates — without e-mailing the files again at every request.

You can be on both sides

If another provider shares a project with you as a client, you will see it under the same Shared with me tab. A link takes you back to your own projects as a provider.
