Several branches: one account or several?

If your company has several branches, the real question is not “how do I turn the module on” — it is one TAYO.pro account, or one per branch?

Both work. The choice depends on how you want responsibility split.

A single account

You switch the multi-branch module on and assign a branch to each project.

Choose this if you want to:

• Centralise incoming e-mail from all your branches in one place.
• Keep it simple for your clients: they know you by a single e-mail address, whichever branch handles the job.

It is the easiest to administer, and the clearest from the client’s side.

Several accounts

You create one TAYO.pro account per branch, each independent.

Choose this if you want to leave responsibility with each branch:

• its own notifications;
• its own certificates and its own Identity;
• its own management, without depending on head office.

Switching the module on

If you go with a single account:

1. Enable Multi-branch under Settings → Application.
2. Create your branches in the company settings.
3. Assign a branch to your projects.

A project belongs to one branch. You can then filter your lists by branch.
