Why publish a Star profile
Star is your public page. Property managers looking for a provider can consult it.

Publishing is not just filling in
Section titled “Publishing is not just filling in”Until your profile is published, it exists for nobody. You can have everything filled in and still be invisible.
Publishing is done from Star’s Settings tab. Allow up to a minute for the public page to go live.
Seeing what property managers see
Section titled “Seeing what property managers see”Star offers a preview of your page as it appears publicly. Look at it at least once — that is usually where you spot an empty field or a description that says nothing.
If the preview is unavailable, the profile is not published yet.
Tracking the effect
Section titled “Tracking the effect”Star tells you how many times your listing was viewed, and by which route. If views are high but nothing follows, the problem is in the profile content — see Filling in your Star profile.
